One of the best pieces of advice I can give for early on cooking learning? There is nothing wrong with using premade things. Some of the best easy meals Ive had were just taking a hamburger helper and adding one or two things to it. Stores sell like pre diced onions or veggies, there's nothing wrong with making things easy.
Starting small by like, getting chicken broth and noodles; or rice and veggies and just mixing small things together? That's getting practice that you can then expand upon as you like!
Work is super chill today (only have to mix some ingredients and chop some veggies over the next 4 hours. Send me asks!!!
